William A. Richardson, Esq.
Undergraduate: Law School:
William attended the University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2001. He then furthered his education attending the University of Alabama School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004. Following graduation, William worked for over ten years in the public sector as both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor. During this time, William had the opportunity to litigate hundreds of cases involving individuals charged with various criminal offenses ranging from DUI to homicide.
William made the switch to civil litigation in 2018 when he took a position as staff counsel with one of the largest insurance companies in the Country. In this role he earned valuable first chair jury trial experience. William entered private practice in August, 2020 when he joined Groth & Makarenko where his practice focuses on automobile and premises liability defense.
